Question
I installed a four station Hunter timer box and set all the water times,days to water ect... The trimmer clock is programmed to turn on at 5 am and and shut off at 6 am. The trimmer clock will turn on at 5 am and run through the stations correctly until 6 am. Then for some reason at 6 am the the cycles will start all over again,and will not shut off unless someone turns the trimmer box from auto to off.  I thought it may be the trimmer box so I replaces the trimmer box with a new one and still the same thing.

Hey Ryan, I would suspect that you have programmed in a second start time for 6:00am. What controller model do you have? When you say you have the start time for 5:00am and to shut off at 6:00am, I don't quite understand. Most controllers only have a start time, not a "shut" off time. Put only one start time in the controller, and make sure the second start time is set to "off". Good luck and have a great day.
