Question
Hello,

I have a Rain Bird Model RC-7A
It has 5 stations.

It runs (sprinkles) through the stations fine but
often "hangs" between stations and I have to manually turn the
dial to start the next station.

Is there an adjustment I can make or do I need a Pro?
I see only one "adjustment screw" with a spring beneath.

Hey Jeff, there is really no adjustment, but either the advance motor is going bad and needs to be replaced, or the gears from where the motor hits the station wheel is stripping out, and not making the proper contact. Check these two things, and either the motor or the wheel needs to be replaced. Rainbird no longer makes this controller, but you can still find parts at any irrigation supply store.
