Question
I have a 2yr old rainbird 6 station sprinkler timer. all has worked well for 1 1/2 seasons until recently. the #6 station wont shut off the sprinkers in that zone at times. i replaced the solenoid and thought that was the problem until it failed to shut off water after the set time expired. had to manually turn water off to system after turning timer to off position and water still flowed from that station.what could be my problem. the timer ,what. thanks in advance

Hey Charles, the problem is in the valve itself, and since you already replaced the solenoid, you need to replace the diaphram inside the valve. go to www.irrigationtutorials.com and this website will show you how to replace the diaphram. good luck and have a great day.
