Question
We had a bad storm and I think it caused my in the house timer to short out. I unplug and plugged it back in with no timers lights are on. I don't think it has a fuse in the box ? I can not find a replacement box like the one I have. The date in the box shows 060592, I bought this house in "99" and it has been working great until the storm. Where can I find the same Richdel model to replace it out. I live in Woodhaven, Michigan 48183-5210 or can I use another type that has 6 zones.

Hey Chris, Richdel was bought out a while ago, and this brand is no longer available. I would suggest replacing the unit since it is so old, it can no longer be repaired. I would suggest replacing it with either a "Rainbird" "ESP" model contrroller, or a "Irri-trol" "Rain-dial" model controller. I'm not familiar with Michigan as far as irrigation supply stores are concerned, but any irrigation supply store would carry any of these units. good luck and have a great day.
