Question
Rainbird ESP Modlular controller. I want to run all valves (zones) usually, but only the drip line (valve 1) following a good rain.  How can I do this w/o reprogramming?

I tried to use Program A for all valves and B for only drip line and thought I could simply change the switch from A to B.  But it appears that all programs run at the start times regardless of which program is selected.  Is that true?

Hey Michael, you are correct in that once the controller is set to automatic, it will run A and B programs no matter where the switch is set to. The easiest solution would be to simply take out the start time on program A, if you don't want it to run, but there would be no way to just have B run if you have a program set into program A.
