Question
my hunter pro-c is blowing breaker.  saw post about replacing controller with rainbird dial or esp. is this something i can do? getting a lawn guy out here will take months.  i can follow directions well have some ability is fixing things.  thanks so much.

Kay, first of all I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. If the controller keeps tripping your breaker then I would do a master reset on the controller and if it continues to trip the breaker then I would replace it with another controller. The pro-c is a good controller and I would not replace with another controller unless you found it hard to use. We tend to replace a higher percentage of rain bird controllers then we do hunter.  It will also be extremely easy to replace you timer with an indentical model since all of the wall anchors will match up and the wires are already cut to length.
