Question
I have a rainbird rc-1260bi controller. The automatic forwarding feature does not work. I can turn the dial to the zone, the zone operates and i can hear the ticking but when it is supposed to advance to the next zone it fails to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Gene, it could be one of two things. This controller uses two motors, one motor times the time of day, and also times how long the station runs for. If the time of day advances correctly, then it is not this motor. The second motor advances the big wheel from station to station, it sounds like it is not advancing the stations, so more than likely you need to replace this motor. Good luck and have a great day.
