Question
I have a six year old Rainbird ESP4.  It seems to working correctly, but the LCD display is messed up (showing ALL of the numbers/letters at once)and cannot be read.  Since the unit seems to be otherwise OK, is it possible to just replace the display?  It seems crazy to have to replace this unit only because I can't see to change the program, but I don't see any way to just get this part.  Thanks.

Hey Bob, you might first want to try de-energizing the unit. Take out the battery, and then disconnect the power for about a minute. Then turn the power back on without the battery, and see if you get a better display. If the display is still bad, then you can buy just the panel and replace the panel instead of the whole cabinet, Good luck and have a great day.
