My James Hardie system will not go on (even manually). I'm getting a message that says 'short' and each station clicks by. How can I fix it? I never received a manual.

Hey Roxanne, not knowing which model of controller you have, I would not know which website to send you to, to download a manual. However, the problem you are having is probably not in the controller, but in either the field wires running from the controller to the valves, or the solenoid(s) on the valves themselves. If the valves have been in for 5 or more years, the solenoids might be shorting out, and you need to replace them. It could also be the wires are going bad,or the connections are going bad and are starting to short out.
