Question
QUESTION: I just moved into a new home with a Toro Vision 1 system and I can't get it to turn on.  The electronics all appear to be working but when I try to turn it on manual nothing happens.  I realize this is a relatively open ended question, but are there any common things I should be checking before I call a professional?  I've located the valve control box in the back yard and its pretty full of mud, not sure if that is the problem.  Also, I don't know if there is a water feed that I need to turn on but I haven't found anything like that yet.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's a small world.

Since sprinkler systems in Cleveland have to be winterized every year I bet that the system has not be started up for the season and that is why your system is not working.

Here is a link to our Operations Manual that goes over how to start a sprinkler system up in the Spring. Review it and let me know if you are able to get everything up and running.
