Hello
We bought a new house in the fall that has a Toro Vision I sprinkler system and we can't get it to come on!  We've followed teh manual for turning on each station, and opened a green valve located behind our water retention tank but nothing happens.  Are we missing something?

Have you tried to call the company that installed the system? Most companies will be happy to come out and explain the start up process to a new owner and also go over the system so that you are more comfortable with it.

If you take some pictures of the "retention tank" so that I clear on what you mean I can further assist you.

I have a spring start up PDF but I would like to see a pic of the retention tank before I send it just to make sure.
