Hello, I have a 1994 Toro Green Keeper model GK-8-06-xx and I'm experiencing a problem. I have 5 zone four of them work with good pressure and pop up when called for on the control panel. My problem is zone three will not pop up. I know the problem is not with the zone modules I think it is with the water control valve. The problem is when I manually open the valve both three and four zones come on. When I try to make three come on via the controller nothing happens. I have inspected the valve and it looks good so I don't know what I can do<

To clarify what you said: It sounds like you have one zone (zone 3) that will not operate from the controller but it works when you manually turn the valve on.


When you say that you have inspected that valve: does that mean you just gave it a quick once over with a visual inspection.

Or does it mean that that you have tested with a volt meter to see if it is getting the correct amount of electricity? Have you tested the solenoid as well?

What type of valves do you have?
