Question
I started this system every sping for more than a dozen years w/o problem.  I tried, a few times, setting it the same as always  and it doesn't work.  Yes, the water supply is open.  

My system is hard wired and a woman (admittedly no expert) said they no longer install Richedel and she thinks I need a new system.  I would appreciate you advice.   Laur

Hey Laurene, it sounds like you need a new controller installed and not a new system. I would suggest installing either a Irri-Trol "Rain Dial" controller or a Rainbird "ESP series" controller. Either one is easy to program, and will last a long time. These controllers run between $100.00 to $150.00 and labor to install should be about $75.00.
