Question
I have a 5 station sprinkler system (Rain Bird ESP-6si) All stations work when I run it manually. When it runs automatic station #4 %26 5 do not come on.

Just listening to what you said it sounds like your programming is off on those zones that are not running. If you are able to run a zone manually on a timer you should be able to run it on a program as long as it is programmed correctly.

I know we replace a lot of those aging timers. We see a lot of bad LCD displays and failure in the push buttons.
