QuestionI have a hardie hd-6100 six zone system and need to replace one or two of the control valves. Are there any control valves on the market that I can just "use the guts" or will I have to replace the entire control valve.
Thanks
Russell
AnswerHey Russell, almost any brand valve can be rebuilt (use the guts). I would suggest sticking with a name brand (Rainbird, Toro, etc.) because their valves are going to stay pretty consistant over time, and you should also be able to get the replacement parts for a long period of time. The valve I would suggest would be the Rainbird DV-100f valve. Good luck and have a great day.
