QuestionI am getting ready to install a rainbird SST-600i system using water from a lake with a pump and pump relay, the controller will be at the house. I would like to install a outside spicket about 100 feet from the controller to also use the pump to run a hose occasionally, but I do not want to walk to the house each time to do it, how can I install a switch to activate the pump, relay and valve to do this?
AnswerHey Bill, the easiest solution, would be to install a remote control sensor in the controller. this device is attached to the controller, and then you have a remote keypad that you can turn the controller on from anywhere.
