My Control reads "NO". Will not do program or run. I have unplug it. Replaced backup battery and fuse. No is still on. Any answers?
Answersounds like 1 of 2 things is going on... either the transformer is not putting out the correct voltage or the display is frozen and you need to reset the controller. see the attached link to view the owners manual - and check out page 10 for resetting the unit.

if you have a volt/ohm meter you can check the input and output voltage which will tell you if the transformer is working correctly.
