Hardie 700 series 1.5 valve won't shut off.where can I get a manual for repairs

I have to tell you that in my experience, I do not like this valve.  The least amount of debris will accumulate under the flapper and cause it to leak.  I am not aware of a manual. but the valve is not hard to service.  Turn off the water supply, expose the valve, remove the screws that hold the valve top on, and then gently remove and clean the flapper.  If you need a replacement flapper, they are available at irrigation supply stores.
