Question
I bought a house last year with a rain jet sprinkler system installed for the flower beds.  No Sprinkerheads in the yard at all.  How do I turn it on to see if it works?  I need to replace 2 sprinkler heads.  I turned on the water valve but no water from the sprinkler heads.  The water is running through the pipes.  Is there a pump or another water valve to turn on?  There are 3 small black plastic covers in line with the water valve.  Could you send me instructions or have a rep come out to look at it to give me an estimate?

Hey Gary, I'm a little confused, could you help me out a little bit? When you say you have a Rain Jet sprinkling system, do you have a controller (time clock) that says Rain Jet, or do you see this name (Rain Jet) on the sprinkler heads? I'm trying to determine if your system is automatic(runs by a controller) or if it is manual (runs by turning on valves manually). As far as having someone come out, are you in the Phoenix,Az or the Denver, Co area? We have offices in these two areas only.
