Question
Hello! I usually use the manual function to water because of the frequency of rain here. But I noticed that when I hit the manual/start button, it skips zone 1 and begins with zone 2. I really don't know anything about this sprinkler system. What can i do to solve this? Thanks so much!

Hey Jennifer, I hope this helps. What I suspect is happening, is that there is no time entered in to zone #1. I would suggest going to www.rainbird.com and they have manuals for this controller that you can download for free. Try this, put the dial around to where it says station run time for valve/zone #1, and make sure it is showing program A to the left side of the display. To get it to program A, if it says program B, just hit the A button. Now check on the display, and it should have a number 1 and then X amount of time. if it doesn't have any time shown for station #1, hit the "up" arrow, and put some time in it. Now put the dial back to auto, and try hitting the Man button again, and see if it starts on valve # 1. Just hit the button once, because what might be happening, is that it is advancing to valve # 2 if the button is held down too long.
