Question
1 zone was operating normally until a sprinkler broke, which I replaced. Now, the corresponding zone won't go on from the Toro Vision 1 control panel, but it will if I turn the valve on manually. The circuit brakers look ok, the 3 other zones work fine & I powered off/on the control panel, but still nothing. Could a problem have occured related to the broken head? All the water from the this zone was being forced out through the broken head, for up to a week (3 days of watering). Its obvious when the breakers are broken I assume?

The sprinkler being broken shouldnt cause the controller to malfunction.  Is it possible the wiring was damaged while making the repair?  Check all the wiring and make sure the connections are sound.  Make sure the valve is adjusted to about halfway open.  Check out this link to see if it helps:
