Question
I have installed the timer, and turned the Duration knob to ON, per directions, to operate it manually. We have plenty of water pressure, but the water will not go through the timer.  We checked the line from where the timer is attached to the drip system, and it is clear.  We then attached the timer to that line, and stuck a hose nozzle in the bottom of the timer -- the water just came back on us, which tells us that the water isn't going through the timer.  What are we doing wrong??

Oh -- we are replacing a timer that finally gave out after 12 years.

Hey Ruth, I hope this helps. The only thing I would know to try, is check and make sure the batteries are good, and that they are installed properly. Also when you install the new batteries, you might have to hit the reset button on back of the controller, and see if that helps any.
