Question
I recently purchased a new model home that has been approximately 2 years.  It is in Laveen AZ.  There is irrigation installed for the yard, however I cannot find an instruction manual in any of the paperwork I have been provided.

The outside location where the controls are installed has a cover on it.  The only  thing written on that cover is
Res/Con by Carson.

The watering schedule needs to be adjusted, and I cannot figure out anything about how to do it.

Can you give me any suggestions where to go to find an online insruction manual?  Or give me any other suggestions about how to do the adjustment.

Sorry I am so vague, however, I do not have much information to share.

Dear Barb, I hope this helps. The box you are refering to is called a valve box, and the box is manufactured by "Carson". What you need to find is your Irrigation controller. Look either by your main electrical meter or inside the garage. Once you find this controller, then you can figure out the manufacturer and the model number. In your area, there is an excellent irrigation supply store called "Sprinkler World" they could get you a manual and explain how to program the controller.
