Question
Hi,I have a hardie sprinkler system, it has been working just fine, however, I went down yesterday to set it and it says "ERROR 1" I cant get it to stop showing this or do anything. Please help.   Thanks,

Hey Roger, I hope this helps. First thing I would do, is pull out the battery if it has one installed, and then disconnect the power for about 30 seconds. Fire it back up and see what happens. Usually if you are getting and error 1 message, the solenoid on valve #1 is probably shorting out the controller. When you get the clock powered back up, turn station/valve #1 on and see if you get the same message. If you do, then you need to change the solenoid, or it could be a short in the wiring to valve #1. Good luck and have a great day.
