Question
When I set the run time on Program A and it is time for the sprinklers to come on, they come on for 15 seconds instead of 15 minutes???  Program C which controls my drippers works fine.  Any ideas?

Hello Ed, I hope this helps.First I'm going to assume that the zone/valve you're talking about is valve #1. When the valve is scheduled to come on, does the #1 light at the top of the controller, stay lit, or does it also go off after 15 seconds? If it stays on, it might be a problem with your valve and not the controller. If it goes off after 15 seconds, I would first try taking off the field wire at the bottom of the controller from the terminal marked #1. Then try turning on the #1 zone/valve and seeing if the light for #1 valve stays on for the full 15 minutes. If it does, then you probably have a short in the wires to valve #1 or a short in the solenoid to valve #1. If with the wire off, the light still goes out after 15 seconds, then you probably have a problem with the controller.Let me know if I can help you any more. Thanks and have a great day.
