Hi! I have shallow well sprinkler pump that loses prime i have to feed the pump with my water hose so the pump can catch enough pressure. The second thing that's happening is that not enough water is coming out. i have no pressure tank just a regular sprinkler pump.

You need to have a foot valve on the end of the suction line.  This holds water in the line when the pump is off so that it doesn't need to be primed.  As for the pressure problem, first check to make sure that all valves are fully open, and there are no restrictions or leaks in your pipes or fittings.  You may want to check the suction line for leaks as well.
