Question
hi, i just bought a house with one of these controllers. it appears to work fine EXCEPT, setting the time of day, or start times - the + and - buttons rotate through all possible PM times, but never switch to AM. i cannot set a current time or start time in the morning...
i have tried several things thinking the AM/PM toggle might be a separate button push, but so far have not found anything that works.
am i missing something? or is the controller working incorrectly?

I dont know the process for changing the controller from 12 to 24 hr mode, but perhaps you can download a manual from one of these sites that will help:
