Question
my indexer is skipping zones, I have taken the top off and cleaned the parts also put a light coating of Vaseline on the moving parts. I have 5 zones and it till skips sometimes Is it possible to just buy and replace the moving parts without having to change the housing. The indexer is 10 years old. Thank you for any advise you can give me.  Bob

I honestly know nothing about these index valves, as they are not used in my area, and I have never used them.  I would say that using vaseline as a lubricant is not a good idea, because it usually becomes gummy when mixed with water.  Use a good waterproof grease instead.
