Question
I have a Toro Vision II Plus Series Controller.  I wanted to change the time on one of my zones.  When I tried to do this by moving the station run time dial, I found that the dial moves, but the time does not change.  The knob moves fairly easily, unlike those that actually work.  They have a little 'play' to them.  I am trying to determine if this is fixable, by a Do-it-Yourself type person and how.

Well...I guess you could open the controller and look. It may only be the plastic knob has disconnected from the shaft of the rheostat. If you get into replacing electronic parts, I'd just buy a new controller.
Do you have any zones on the controller not used? If so you could just move the zone wire to it and forget the other one is bad.
