Question
I am trying to find out how I can locate the zone valves in my hunter sprinkler system. I read over your answers to see if you already answered this but had no luck. Would you please help me?

Sorry to say, but there isn't an easy way. If you can't find the valve boxes, then your stuck with having and electrician or better yet an irrigation contractor locate them. The irrigation contractor should have a wire and valve locator. It's a quick process with the proper tools.
I wish I could be more help. I did hear of a customer hooking his dog fence transmitter to the irrigation wires. Then walk around the yard till he got shocked. Doesn't sound like much fun!!!
