QuestionI have a 3/4hp wayne ditch pump. 115 or 230v.Its set on 115v. Its controlled by a watermaster 6 station control. The pump comes on runs for about 2 mins the shuts off for a couple of mins the comes back on. repeats this cycle. I looked for a thermal overload put did not see aoone on the pump or controller?

I agree with you opinion of a thermal overload. The overload switch is usually under the back cap of the motor. Most of the smaller motors have a autoreset overload, which sounds like what is happening with your pump. Is the motor getting hot? If yes, It might be time for a new motor or pump.
