My husband and I bought our first home 2yrs ago and have recently got a dog. The dog keeps chewing our plastic gutter drain off spouts so when it rains the water stands on our foundation. Our neighbors have concrete ones that the people left when they moved and they love them. Where can I find concrete gutter drain off spouts? Please help! Thank you very much, Shannon

Mmmmmmm.. Those delicious rain downspouts. No dog can resist them. Every dog seem to have it's own special chewing fetish.
The only small diameter concrete pipe I know of was a product made from concrete and asbestos. Obviously, you don't want that.
You may want to try a system I've used with good success. You bury a 4" pipe out from the house 10' or so. There are adapters to connect the downspout directly to the pipe. At the end you install a "downspout emitter". When it rains the emitter pops up and dumps the water, then retracts back flush with the ground when done. The emitters are less than $10.00 and available at most home improvement stores. I've attached a link to give you and idea what they look like.
Give your good dog a pat on the head, and I'm sure he would be happy to help you dig through the yard to install the pipe.
