QuestionWhen system is on i have leaks around the valve cover (and the squares in the cover at the outside diameter and at the cam cover that is screwed into the valve cover by two screws? I looked at the two O-rings and they look OK? and ideas would be appreciated.

I think for the costs of o-rings I would just replace them. A tiny scar or wear point could easily cause the leak. You won't be able to see the problem either. Most hardware stores have an o-ring supply and the ones you'll need should be a common size. When you have the valve disassembled, examine the area where the o-rings run against. If this area is ruff or scared you may not be able to resolve the entire leak with the o-rings only. It may require the top of the valve be replaced.
Try the o-ring replacement and see what you get, it may reduce the leak to an acceptable amount.
