Thankyou in advance. Hardie HD 15 system, 4 zones, had to dig out root cracked PVC 3 valve area.  Now all zones are on continuously even when dthf7doing manual indiv zones.  ? dirt in valves after my repair job vs dysfunctional controller vs????   Help  Glen

More likely that it is an electrical problem.  You may have inadvertantly scraped or otherwise damaged the wires or wire connectors when making the repair to the pipe.  The place to start looking is where you did the repair.  If you have damaged wires, you need to repair them with waterproof splices.  Also make sure you know where the splices are if anything happens down the road.
