QuestionWe have a Pro-C sprinkler sytem with 6 zones. We followed all the instructions for start up. The system appears to be running, but the heads only pop up slightly and there is very little outside pressure. If a faucet is turned on in the house, the pressure in the house is down as if the system is running. How do I get this thing to work?
AnswerMake sure all of the valves that supply water to the system are open all the way. If you have any drains on the system, make sure they are closed all the way. Adjust the irrigation valves by opening the flow control all the way, then close it all the way, counting the turns. Then open it up halfway. This is the correct adjustment.
