Question
I just installed a new Flotec pump, a new digital 4 timer, and a pump relay.  I tried to manual start the pump through the timer but it does not.  I know that juice is getting to pump because when I use my finger to activate the relay via the switch, the pumps turns on.  What next?  Thanks

Make sure that the relay is getting the right amount of voltage from the controller.  It should be getting 24 volts (most controllers operate on 24V).  Also, make sure that your relay is the right one for the situation.  It should match the input from the controller and the output to the pump.
