QuestionI've had a quote from a prof. here in OKC, to install sprinkler system on 2/3 acre. The prof. indicated a "manifold free" system. What exactly does that mean to me?
AnswerA manifold is when all the valves for your sprinkler system are in one spot. A manifold free system, I assume, means that the valves are in different area's around the property. I prefer having the valves in different areas instead of all together in a manifold. I think the pressure and gallons are more efficient that way. I hope this has helped.
