Hey Jim,  you are great.  Sorry to bother you...again. Hopefully this is an easy one (of course they are all easy for you).  For a 5,000 sqft (40'x125' rectangle/flat/no slope)area how many PGP 4" heads are necessary and how many valves?  Since I am sure it might vary on a case by case basis be a little conservative.

Wil l, it depends on the water pressure and the flow. so with good (and I mean 70+ psi and 15+ gpm) the minimum number of heads would be 12, and that would be a little of a stretch. 3 valves would be needed to run the heads with with 4 per valve. That is very much stretching it though. Jim
