Question
Jim,
I've unbolted a burned out electric motor from a Gould irrigation pump.  I've pulled, twisted, turned, etc , but am unable to separate the motor from the pump.  Is there a latch pin somewhere I'm missing?  Thanks in advance for your help.

I think you should try tapping with a rubber mallet kind of back and fourth and see if you get any action. There is no latch pin. I think corrosion might be the problem. See if this does any thing and get back to with where the pump is located (inside or outside) and some kind of model number.
