Pool Landscaping

Question
I live in South Florida and recently installed a swimming pool.  I was looking for the beachy tropical look & did the landscaping myself.  The pool extends straight out lengthwise from the sliding glass doors on the back of the house.  Along both sides of the pool deck (light brown pavers) I have 4 coconut palms planted on each side.  At the far end of the pool, I elevated the area about 3-4 feet with fill and used cap rock to retain the elevated area.  I planted three Majestic Palms on this elevated area as a focal point.  I used landscape fabric in the areas surrounding the deck around the pool and the elevated area and placed 36 yards of white sand down under the trees.
The center Majestic Palm is dying and the two on each side are just fine.  I do not know the cause of the sudden death of this tree but my problem is I cannot find another Majestic Palm to replace it.  Do you have any suggestions on any reasonably priced Palms or trees which could replace this focal point while still maintaining the beach theme?

Answer
Any number of palms could work. As for price, although I work in Fla regularly I am not familiar enough with prices to give you any help of which ones are less expensive. Prices of palms is dependant on size. Best thing I can say is to establish your budget and go to a palm nursery ready to buy.
PS you didn't spill muriatic acid and wash it onto palm root area did you? Also a little sand is ok as a topping but some nutrient is typically needed. If this is washed construction sand it may have little or no nutrients. IS your palm planted in pure sand or in the parent soil below the sand?
