Where in the heck do you buy these at?  I have called the big box stores, lumberyards....no one knows where to purchase these.  Thanks for your help

Try your local nursery supply store.
Recent studies have concluded that treated wood poses a health risk due to high arsenic content.
Maybe you should try natural cedar.

Landscape timbers can also be called railroad ties.
