Hello Sean,
We are looking at putting pavers on top of our exisiting wood landing area in front entrance. Is it possible to "reface" the wood with pavers without removing the wood?

Answer
I typically would not attach pavers to wood under normal circumstances. Pavers will retain moisture as it seeps in and it will settle to the bottom at the wood surface. The wood will typically rot if it is covered an not allowed to dry out quickly. However, I need more detail of your plans to give you precise answer.
