Question
I'd like to make a rustic looking walkway around my house using saltillo tiles and I'm wondering if after sealing the tile I can put the sand down then put dry Sakcrete down and lay the tile down then brush dry Sakcrete into the grout joints and water throughly?  I was told buy an installer to do it this way and it sounds easier than the traditional way since I'd rather not have large grout lines.  I value your input and suggestions.  Thank you.

No, if your going to the trouble to buy expensive tiles don't go cheap with a poor grout install job. Do it the right way by setting the tiles and then grouting the joints as you would typically with wet grout and wipe it in and wipe it clean.
