I need to submit a plot map of myfront and back yard on the same paper with a ratio of 1:20 to the H.O.A. before I can start my lanscaping. how can I do that or is there a place that can do it for me if I send them the demintions of the land and what Im doing to it?

Yes, I beleive you can take it to a landscape architect or sometimes your township might have property maps.

Sorry I could not help you more.  There is software out there, but if you are just using it for one time it might not be worth it
