Question
I just brought a house, and it has a brick porch in the back.  The porch is uneven, how do I even the porch out without spending too much money?

It is most likely uneven because it was not set correctly.  With not having pictures in front of me it is hard for me to determine if it is a complete do over or a simple fix.  If I were you I would look for a good mason or hardscaper in your area to take a look, because you want it done correctly.
