Question
I have aabout 12 boxwoods planted this summer i tried to trim them up for fall and now they look short brown and awful what have i done?will they come back?

Thank you for your e-mail. Don't worry about the boxwoods, they are a pretty hardy plant. They just went into shock from the big cut back. I don't know the area you and the boxwoods live. But you may want to check online or at your local nursery for the best time to fertilize the plants and keeping the watered they will come back in no time. Take care. Bill
