Question
i have put down some river rock in the backyard.  i was wondering if there is something i can spray on it to make them appear "wet" all the time, as this looks much nicer.  thanx for any help

This is such an original questionThanks for that! I just got a picture in my mind of the rocks and I see what you mean.That would be really awesome to have rocks that appear wet. The first thing that comes to mind is a clear,gloss paint.As long as you protect plants near the stones while painting,I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.You can get a really durable clear gloss spray paint like Krylon and cover up anything you want to protect with a protective cloth or barrier of some sort while you paint.Make sure it is a sunny,still day to paint them.Get the glossiest finish you can find.Apply several coats.Dry 1 hour in between applications and you should get a great look. Hope this sits well with you because that is all I can come up with.You will have a very original looking landscape that no one else has thought about.Great idea!
