I know it sounds simple, because it is!

Go to Google.com, click on IMAGES, then type in the search box the words "garden", "garden pictures", "backyard", etc.

And the Internet is your playground!  There are images literally from around the world!  Most folks are proud of their accomplishments, and here is where they post their handiwork.  

I use it all the time to get ideas for gazebos, trellises, decks, etc.  Just be sure to ask for permission to distribute these images, and site your sources when using other people's ideas.
