I planted the above species in my Rancho Bernardo garden and it has never bloomed.  Can you give me some advice?

What is your plant zone? I am assuming it must be a very warm climate because I have never heard of the plant.I just know plants from zone 5 to 8. Go to www.google.com and type in the plant name for a direct search.I am quite sure you will come up with many articles and websites for it.
