QuestionHi I'm interesting to know about the best in graphic quality and photo realism program for garden design with rich flower -trees library.
I think autocad or 3dstudio max are the best
I'll wait for your opinion
thanks
AnswerI had this question asked last year, and I still have no firm opinion...I've been using AutoCAD since version 8.0(1988?), and have NEVER used the 3D functions it affords in production of a landscape design. I have, however, used AutoCAD in designing grading plans. I suppose I should at least try one of them out on a project, but, "If it ain't broke..."
Lots of publishers (Broderbund, Idea Specturm, Realtime, Punch!, etc.) Here is this year's review of the top 10 landscaping programs:

I know that Google's new 3D program (Sketch Up) has really got lots of great potential, too. Plus, its the right price - FREE! Maybe something to watch in the next few years.
